Mr. Qalb-i-Hassan earned his law degree from the prestigious University of the Punjab. Beginning his legal career at the law firm of experienced lawyer Mirza Anwar Baig in Rawalpindi-Islamabad in 1987, he became a member of the esteemed Rawalpindi Bar Association and later progressed to the Rawalpindi High Court Bar. In 2002, Mr. Qalb-i-Hassan achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a license to practice law before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, subsequently becoming a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association. This prestigious accomplishment facilitated his collaboration with Pakistan's leading team of litigators and allowed him to refine his expertise in civil, corporate, constitutional, and arbitration law. Following the passing of his mentor, Mirza Anwar Baig, Mr. Qalb-i-Hassan assumed leadership of the firm, furthering its reputation and proficiency.

Mr. Qalb-i-Hassan's unwavering dedication and extensive experience led to his appointment as a Judge of the Islamabad High Court in 2008. Beyond his legal practice, his commitment to the legal community is evident through his election to the Punjab Bar Council in 2004 for a five-year term and his subsequent membership in the Pakistan Bar Council in 2005. His peers recognized his contributions by electing him to the Pakistan Bar Council for four consecutive terms. In recognition of his leadership and service, Mr. Qalb-i-Hassan was appointed Vice-Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council in 2013 and served as the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association for the term 2019-2020. Mr. Qalb-i-Hassan remains committed to advancing the legal profession and continues to pursue his ambitions within the Pakistan Bar Council.
